Busy week over here. I’m just 6 work days away from completing my physio/occupational therapy course. I’m pumped to say the least but at the same time I cannot wait to take some time off to unwind before I put myself out there on the job market.
Celebrations will be in full swing this weekend and I couldn’t be more happier that THE JAM is happening this Saturday at The Seahorse. I know I must sound like a broken record by now but I highly recommend you come out to this event if you are in the Halifax area. The night is essentially a mixed bag of great music spanning multiple genres.
Below is some more event information, courtesy of Facebook.
Last night’s 90s R&B event was super dope! It was a great mix of people that really appreciated the music that was played last night. I’m looking forward to doing another 90s R&B night.
I just want to let you in on another event I’m proud to be apart of – THE JAM. Probably one of the best dance nights in the city of Halifax. It’s a mix of everything under the sun. We play house, disco, trap, dance, twerk, funk, b-more, electronic, hip-hop, moombahton, old-school, jersey, R&B, remixes, etc, etc.
If you are in town, I think you should make it a priority to come down to The Seahorse this Saturday and dance.

Hope the new year is going well for everyone. Sorry, I’ve been lacking with the updates. The last couple weeks have been pretty busy with school and placements. Thankfully I’m almost finished my course – only 5 weeks to go!
Anyway, I just wanted to fill you in on a little event coming up next week for Valentines Day. Me and my good friend DJ IV are coming together to play an event dedicated to the 90s. Throughout the night we will be playing your favorite songs from that era. Arguably one of the best periods for R&B music but I’ll save that discussion for another time.
This event is taking place Feb 11th at Lion & Bright. We’re keeping cover super cheap as well – so there is almost no excuse for you to miss this event. Hopefully we’ll see you there!
Maybe we’ll release a little mix as well. *Fingers crossed

We survived the holidays, we survived New Years, we got damn survived the rampaging hell beast of 2016 and emerged on the other side in 2017 bleary eyed and hoping, nay I say – wanting. Wanting of a new year where we can gaze into the yawning abyss of uncertainty and move forward, nurturing a sense of hope and optimism. Harder. Better. Faster. Stronger. Keeping fit and having fun. This is our 2017.
If you are in town (Halifax, Nova Scotia) this weekend, I highly recommend you make it out to THE JAM this SATURDAY.
